Craniosacral Therapy -  Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on treatment that releases tensions held deeply within the nervous system.  The client is fully-clothed and the therapist "listens" to the flow of the craniosacral fluid through her hands in various areas of the body.  Through the release of held patterns in the nervous system developed through trauma, lifestyle, unexpressed emotions and resident stress, the body relaxes and activates its own capacity to heal.
